In order for me to help you remotely, you will need to download a program so I can view your computer screen. You will need to do the following: 

1) Download remote access client from ICS Tampa by clicking this link.

2) If a yellow bar appears on the top of your internet browser click it and allow the download.

3) Select “Run” to open the program.

4) Be sure the bubble “Install” is selected and click “Next”

5) Be sure the personal use bubble is selected and hit “Next.”

6) Place a checkmark in both boxes to agree to the terms and click “Next.”

7) Be sure the bubble NO (default) is selected and press “Finish.”
